Vegeta
Vegeta is the Prince of all Saiyans. It was probably hardest for Vegeta to achive Super Saiyan. He did while training on another planet before the fight w/ the androids. He reaches Super Saiyan level 2 and 4, but never level 3. I guess he kinda cheated to reach Super Saiyan level 4, because Bulma made something for him to reach level four, so you get what I mean. Either way he does reach SSJ4.
